Taryn Jacobson
Taryn Jacobson joined Valley View Dermatology in 2026 as a Physician Assistant. She earned her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University and received her bachelor’s degree in BioHealth Sciences from Oregon State University.
Taryn was drawn to dermatology because it allows her to truly partner with patients in their care. She believes the best treatment plans start with listening and taking the time to understand each patient’s concerns, goals, and daily life. Taryn enjoys helping patients make sense of their conditions and working together to create treatment plans that feel approachable, sustainable, and designed around each patient’s life. Her goal is for every patient to feel heard, supported, and confident in their care.
Outside of work, Taryn enjoys reading, playing soccer, and spending time with her family and her two cats, Loki and Benny.
