About
Dr.
Srinivasan
As a member of the Valley View Dermatology staff since 2006, Dr. Shashi Srinivasan earned his doctorate degree from Kilpauk Medical College before completing two residencies. He completed the first at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in internal medicine and the second at the renowned Mayo Clinic in dermatology. Dr. Srinivasan has received his Board Certification in Dermatology from the American Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Srinivasan was first drawn to dermatology due to the ability to immediately diagnose, treat, and enhance the quality of life for patients suffering from skin disease. Dr. Srinivasan’s treatment philosophy is quite simple: he believes in listening with empathy, diagnosing with knowledge, explaining, educating, and empowering with expertise, and treating each and every patient appropriately using a holistic and individualistic lens.
Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Srinivasan is also a skilled artist and musician. He finds pleasure in keeping his creativity and curiosity alive through music, fine arts, and other travel-related pursuits.
